Leisure and surroundings:
In the small town of Alt Farpen—a great starting point for day trips to the Baltic Sea island of Poel (15 km), with attractive beaches and charming fishing villages. The idyllic seaside resort of Rerik (approx. 20 km) or the well-known and popular Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn (approx. 30 km) with a beautiful beach promenade, many cafés and restaurants, the Ost and West Concert Gardens, and the new marina.
Wismar (approx. 15 km), an UNESCO World Heritage Site and Hanseatic city, features a historic city center with three brick-Gothic churches, an old harbor, a theater, a zoo, a beautiful swimming pool, and many restaurants and pubs in the harbor district.
Recommended destinations: the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the seaside resort of Warnemünde, the state capital Schwerin, and the ministerial town of Bad Doberan, home to Germany’s oldest horse racing track.



Leisure activities
There are attractive hiking trails right on your doorstep. Cycling and hiking—well-maintained bike paths such as the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Horseback riding and water sports like fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, and canoeing are also available nearby.



At the vacation farm:
The farm is located on a linden tree-lined avenue in a quiet setting. The large, well-maintained grounds are perfect for barbecuing, sunbathing, and petting the sheep. Germany’s smallest reservoir is located 500 m away in the village, ideal for hiking, picnicking, and fishing.



Extras for children:
Sandbox with toys, sheep to pet, high chair, crib, playpen, and plenty of toys available. Handcarts, badminton sets, and garden Mikado sets available for rent.



Accommodation:
3-room apartment (up to 4 people) with a separate entrance on the first floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Living room with a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. Guests have access to the garden, which is equipped with furniture and a grill.

final cleaning, water, heat, electricity, bed linens, and towels. Parking available at the house.

Lovingly and newly renovated 3-room vacation apartment. Entrance door on the first floor; a small hallway and staircase lead to the upper floor. The living room is furnished with a couch, dining table, chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, and radio. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator.
1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
Use of the washing machine is available for a fee.

Included in the price:
Final cleaning, water, heat, electricity, bed linens, and towels, as well as a parking space at the house.

Child-friendly amenities:
A high chair and a crib are provided free of charge upon request.
