The exclusive “Adriana” apartment is located in our private villa in a quiet, prime location just outside the historic old town of Supetar – directly by the sea, in a row of spacious holiday homes.
Nestled in a lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, you will enjoy absolute privacy and relaxation.
This is the only apartment in the villa that is offered for rent.
A 40 m² private swimming pool is available exclusively for your use – solely for the guests of this apartment.
The heatable pool makes the accommodation the perfect place for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying even in spring and autumn – for example in April, May, or October – outside of the high season.

The spacious sun terrace with loungers invites you to relax, while the environmentally friendly, chlorine-free pool water provides a natural swimming experience.

The pool is additionally equipped with Jacuzzi hydromassage.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the pool – perfect for relaxed mornings or atmospheric sunsets.


Living & Facilities:
The very well-maintained and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor and offers plenty of space, peace, and a pleasant atmosphere on 100 m² of living space.

A 36 m² sea-view terrace extends the living area outdoors.
Access is either via the stairs leading to the large sea-view terrace at the front or via a separate rear entrance with a small balcony.

Location & Surroundings:
The bathing bay with a long beach is only about 3 minutes’ walk (100 m) away and offers excellent, child-friendly swimming conditions.

Numerous other beaches and picturesque coves can be found in the surrounding area.

A supermarket with everything you need for daily supplies is reachable in about 10 minutes on foot.
Larger supermarkets are easily and quickly accessible by car and are ideal for bigger shopping trips.
Cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance.

The main season is July and August.
June and September are also particularly pleasant and popular, offering stable sunny weather, warm sea temperatures, and ideal conditions for swimming and relaxation.

Very relaxing stay

We stayed at the end of August 2023 and had a lovely relaxing break in Supetar. The apartment had everything we needed and was a lovely walk away from a beautiful beach and well stocked shop. The swimming pool is just beautiful and our host was so helpful and lovely to deal with. Will definitely be back!

A fantastic apartment

It was amazing, beautiful pool with balcony seating area overlooking it. Very good location. Very close to a pebble beach in a very sheltered bay. Great for swimming, paddle boarding. Lots of places to eat within a 20 minute walk as well as a few supermarkets. Adriana is the perfect host, very discreet and welcoming. Apartment slept 5 adults comfortably with 2 good showers.

Relaxing holiday, quiet, breathtaking scenary

The property has an amazing view over the sea and mountains on the mainland. The balcony was where we lived, overlooking a beautiful (salt water) pool, immaculately maintained. We came and went as if it was our own home. There was everything you need inside and out, with lovely hosts, who gave us treats and advice on local places. Lovely property with friendly. helpful host

A lovely property with a beautiful big, shady pool for our exclusive use. Useful kitchen with everything you need. Large master bed with plenty of storage in master bedroom. The other two rooms are smaller but again with plenty of storage space. Balcony is beautiful with lovely views of Supetar and the sunrise. Walk to beach/into town is easy and pleasant. Can recommend taking a boat tour (book in the harbour). Host was super friendly and helpful while being very respectful of our space. Being able to feed the turtles each day was lovely too. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wunderschöner Pool in toller Villa

Super Apartment mit viel Platz für die Familie und sensationell schönem Pool! Tolle Gastgeber, stets freundlich und sehr angenehm im Umgang! Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, um es auch lange dort auszuhalten. Man will aber bei der schönen Terasse und der Poolanlage im Garten sowieso nie wieder weg. Highlight für die Kids sind sicher auch die kleinen Schildkröten im Hinterhof. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keine 2 Bäder

Es gibt keine 2 Bäder. Das eine ist nur ein Dusch-WC mit Mini-Handwaschbecken. Das Bett in einem der Zimmer ist kein King-Bett, das in Europa 1,8 m breit wäre, sondern nur 1,2 m breit und reicht nicht für 2 Personen. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Böden sehr ungepflegt, fleckig und teilweise nicht sauber und schon ziemlich mitgenommen. Unebene, abgesackte und gebrochene Fliesen. Fleckige Teppiche... Essgeschirr und Besteck nur 1x pro Person, also viel zu wenig. Es musste ständig nachgespült werden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir nur noch ein weiteres Tellerset erhalten.... Wohnung wurde nur notdürftig renoviert. Pool wurde sehr ungepflegt vorgefunden. Viel Schmutz und Algen. Um die tägliche Reinigung musste man sich selbst kümmern, obwohl die Vermieterfamilie im Haus wohnt. Tor war kaputt, daher kein abgeschlossenes Grundstück wie in der Anzeige und Hund der Vermieter duldet keine anderen Hunde, so dass wir unseren Hund immer in der Wohnung/Terrasse belassen und den Abgang sichern mussten. Trotzdem wurde unser Hund einmal sehr von der Vermieterhündin angegangen... Lage ist schön, aber für den Preis absolut überteuert und die Wohnung erfüllt die Erwartungen und die Anpreisungen in der Anzeige nicht. Von Herzlichkeit bzw. Gastfreundschaft war nichts zu spüren. Vermieterfamilie hatte 2 x den offenen Grill angeworfen. Hätte zumindest Bescheid geben können, ob man danach vielleicht auch was grillen möchte, dann hätte man sich Grillgut besorgen können. Insgesamt also für den Preis keine Buchungsempfehlung. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre die Wohnung gut. Aber mit nur 1 Waschbecken zu klein für mehr als 4 Personen. Wir würden uns eine teilweise Rückerstattung des Mietpreises wünschen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr nette Vermieter. Toll mit Kindern, es gibt einen kleinen Hund und Schildkröten zu beobachten. Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig, aber man ist schnell am Strand, an einer wunderschönen ruhigen Bucht, die im Wasser sogar Sandboden hat. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt auf einer traumhaften Insel.

Gemütliches, großes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick

Wohnung/Haus in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Wir waren zu viert dort, und hatten eine sehr große Wohnung zur Verfügung. In der Nachsaison auch von der Temperatur her sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliche Vermierterin. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und paradiesischer Strand

Die Villa (obere Etage) ist gut eingerichtet. Sind alle brauchbaren Utensilien vorhanden, von Spülmaschine bis Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine. Sehr schöne Aussicht von Terrasse aus. Wir haben die Zeit einfach nur genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr nah am Strand. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr schönem Meerblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Räume sind sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig im Raumangebot. Von der großen schönen überdachten Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Meeresblick. Die Vermieter sind eine nette, liebe und hilfsbereite Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns super erholt und die ruhige Lage genossen. Sehr gerne wieder. :)

Moto adventures

We recently had a 4 night stay at the property of Adriana and her parents. The apartment was very welcoming, clean and well equipped. The large bed was comfortable, shower room well equpped with washing machine, very useful for ourselves after travelling with motorcycle and ready to wash some clothing. The location is first class easy walking distance to the cove, and walking along in the evenings restaurants were easily accesible. A great choice and very peaceful thankyou for the plum cake.

Lovely apartment near lovely swimming cove

We had a fantastic week here. The apartment was peaceful and clean, with all that we needed. Owners were lovely, even arriving with some freshly cooked 'fritule' (doughnuts) one day, which the kids loved. Would strongly recommend.

Glorious little place very close to the sea!

Glorious little place very close to the sea! A two minute walk to a beautiful bay with all the amenities needed. Apartment was well furnished and the family who rented it to us very kind and generous. Thank you so much for the Olive Oil and home-made apple pie – delicious! I enjoyed chatting to the dad about his bridge building days in Algeria. Very interesting man – he met Churchill :-) We would love to come back and sample your wonderful hospitality one day.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Meerblick in Strandnähe

Wir haben mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie (11/8/8) eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine fantastische große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den schön angelegten Garten. Die Räume sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei kleinere Duschbäder, die neu gemacht wurden, auch die Küche soll noch erneuert werden. Der Garten um das Haus und ein schöner Grillplatz hinter dem Haus können mit genutzt werden. Für die Kinder besonders schön waren fünf Schildkröten die freilaufend in einem schönen begehbaren Gehege hinter dem Haus lebten. Das Haus liegt am Ortstand von Supetar am Hang. Der nächste Strand ist ohne Probleme schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach rechts und links schließen sich verschiedene Strandabschnitte an (Hotelstrand, wilder Strand im Wald,...). Da findet sicher jeder einen Strand für sich. Am nächstgelegenen Strand gibt es sogar sandige Abschnitte. Das Wasser ist sehr klar und sauber, es gibt keine Quallen und nur an manchen Stellen Seeigel. Supetar ist ein kleineres gemütliches Städtchen mit historischem Kern und touristischem Strandleben. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß in den Ort laufen oder am Strand entlang flanieren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen unten im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely genuin appartment in a perfekt spot.

I have spent 12 lovely days in this beautiful genuin villa with 2 of my friends. The placeing is perfect between ocean and harbour. The bay that lies 2 min walk down from the house is stunning. A great restaurant is placed by the beach that serves anything you need. We loved the space in the appartment aswell as on the terass with its fantastic view over the ocean. That is the perfect place to be and to chill on. Thank you Adriana with family for such a nice and warm hostning. We really hope to be back many times. Best regards/ Marie.

Härlig badsemester

Lättsamt med bad närhet till naturen, solig altan med fin utsikt. Huset låg i utkanten av Supetar vilket innebar ett lugnt läge . Det fanns en rejäl grill där vi grillade några fantastiska måltider.

Herrliche, ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Alltagsstress sofort ablegen und eine ganze Woche von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur genießen. Das Frühstücken auf der großen Terrasse war das erste Highlight des Tages. Die Ruhe die man da findet, ist für eine totale Erholung perfekt. Auch Abends konnte man auf der Terrasse den Tagesausklang in seiner schönsten Form geniessen. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht! Brac ist eine wundervolle Insel mit viel Natur, tollen Stränden und freundlichen Leuten, man kommt total erholt nach Hause. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung jedenfalls weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!

Schöne Lage, sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, leider Baulärm in der Vorsaison

Wir, 3 Erwachsene, waren von der Lage der Ferienwohnung begeistert, sie liegt in einem eigentlich "ruhigen Wohngebiet" und der Weg zur Strandpromenade ist kurz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, man benötigt kein Auto. Die Insel ist auch mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erkunden. Man kann am Meer entlang in das schöne, idyllische Städchen Supetar schlendern. Die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist das Highlight der Ferienwohnung und lädt in der Regel zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und allem, was man so benötigt. Es gibt 2 Bäder, leider ist in dem kleinen Bad kein Spiegel und keine Steckdose, so dass wir uns nicht parallel für den Tag richten konnten und immer warten mussten bis das große Bad frei war. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und herzlich und haben uns mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen und selbstgemachtem Likör verwöhnt. Fazit: eigentlich würden wir diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten anscheinend besonderes Pech: Mein Mann hat ein Ohrenleiden und ist sehr geräuschempfindlich, deshalb hatten wir die Ferienwohnung, die speziell mit der Besonderheit: ABSOLUTE RUHE ausgeschrieben war, gebucht. Vom ersten Tag an gab es dann leider zu unserem Entsetzen täglich, inclusive sonntags, Baulärm von ca. 07:30 bis 20:00 abends. In der Nachbarschaft liegen zwei noch nicht fertig gestellte Häuser und auch alle anderen Nachbarn scheinen ihre handwerklichen Tätigkeiten alle in unseren Urlaub verlegt zu haben. Wir hatten auch erfahren, dass es fast 7 Wochen lang hier nur geregnet hatte und nun alle das trockene Wetter ausnutzen, um ihre Grundstücke und Häuser für die Hauptsaison fertig zu stellen. Man konnte das Frühstück mit Lärm beginnen und wenn man sich abends noch ein bisschen auf der Terasse entspannen wollte, war der Lärm noch immer da. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Vermieter zumindest für diese Buchungs-Zeit einen Hinweis in seinem Inserat eingebaut hätte, dass mit Baulärm in der Vorsaison zu rechnen ist. Dann wäre unser Urlaub auch ein Urlaub gewesen.

Really excellent apartment with great view to the sea!

We have just returned after two weeks fabulous holiday. This apartment is really excellent: well equipped, comfortable and clean with great view to the sea. We were a family of 4 including 2 teenagers and the apartment was spacious enough for us. The location was great and convenient - close to the sea with lovely beaches, and fantastic range of very good restaurants, bars and shops. It takes a few minutes walk down to the beach. There are a number of other wonderful beaches nearby. Supetar is a lovely town, big enough to have a good choice of shops and tavernas but small enough to feel local and welcoming. The owner was very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend this apartment, we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Erholsamer Urlaub garantiert

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und die beschriebene Lage verspricht nicht zu viel. Wir (2 E, 4 K) haben den tollen Blick von der Terrasse sehr genossen und somit die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Die schöne Bucht ist schnell zu erreichen, so dass sich das morgendliche Brot holen immer mit einem Sprung ins Meer verbinden ließ. Die Promenade auf dem Weg nach Supetar bietet alles, was man so braucht: Schattenplätze, gemütliche Cafés, Restaurants, so dass ein Auto kaum nötig ist. Besonders zu erwähnen ist nich die Freundlichkeit und Entspanntheit der Vermieter, die uns jederzeit mit Rat, Tat und auf Wunsch auch mit einem Schnäpschen zu Seite standen. Der Urlaub in der schönen Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

A beautiful apartment in a great location.

Adriana was the perfect host and made us very welcome in this lovely apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spotless. Beds comfortable. The terrace was a great place for meals and relaxing. With a super outdoor cooking area.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Besonders toll war die Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zum Strand.
