Alpine Garden Getaway is a fully remodeled garden-level condo located just one block from Lincoln Avenue in downtown Steamboat Springs. This prime location places you within walking distance of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, escape rooms, the Yampa River, and Howelsen Hill. Emerald Mountain trailheads are nearby for hiking and biking in the summer and skiing in the winter, and the free city bus just steps from the condo offers a quick and easy two-mile ride to Steamboat Ski Resort and its world-renowned champagne powder.
Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully updated with modern finishes and functional design throughout. As an end unit with no shared walls, it offers added privacy, though you may occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor. A white noise machine is provided for light sleepers.
