We look forward to welcoming you to one of our most luxurious listings in Monterrey. The apartment features exceptional finishes and offers a unique view of Cerro de la Silla.

24/7 security, 3 elevators, EXCELLENT AMENITIES. There is a commercial plaza nearby with restaurants and an OXXO convenience store.
The apartment is located in the `Puntacero` building.
For security and building access protocol, it is necessary to present official identification for each guest, matching the information provided via Airbnb chat upon arrival.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition as received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed at the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
4. No parties or wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning or replacement charge will apply.
6. A charge will be applied for towels and/or sheets if stained, either by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space can be used.
10. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be approved by the host.
12. The rules for amenities must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location specified by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance, and is subject to prior reservation and charges, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules for each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
3. Respect the common areas of the building. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violating any of the rules can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Sofa, rug, and/or mattress stains: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will apply).
Damage to property: Cost of materials + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
