This spacious 1 bedroom/full bath (private) room is available in a calm and peaceful neighborhood which is centrally-located to BART/Concord/Pleasant Hill. The guest bedroom is in a hillside home in the main floor. The room faces the mountain views of Mt. Diablo range. Guests can quickly commute to San Francisco (35 minute drive) and various other touristy sites. The space is good for 2 adults or a small family. The private bathroom is for guests. You will enjoy quiet and family friendly space.
The space
House is located near CA-4 West which is convenient for commuters and visitors. There is John Muir's historical museum and Briones regional park with hiking trails. There is also a Viano Vineyards behind the neighborhood which was established in 1920. There is plenty of outdoor walking trails and parks. Your will be greeted by ponies as you make your way up the tiny hill to get to the house. Downtown Pleasant Hill and Concord Willows shopping center are all within 10 minutes drive.
Guest access
Guests can access the living spaces such as the TV and Kitchen area in the living room.
Guests can access backyard from the side entrance of the house next to the driveway.
Guests can use laundry if required and let the host know about it.
Other things to note
The home is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. This is a family home with professionals and would like to keep the space and environment peaceful and respectful with no loud noises or uneventful activities.
