Seeblick II - Vacation Apartments in Kölpinsee/Waren

The vacation rental on Lake Kölpinsee features a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open-concept kitchen and living area with seating and dining areas, a sofa, a sleeper sofa, and access to the lakeside terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The beautiful complex housing the “Seeblick II” vacation rental was newly built in 2003. The vacation rental is located on the first floor and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. It is situated directly on Lake Kölpinsee, and from the terrace you’ll enjoy a fantastic, unobstructed view across the water. The terrace faces south. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and let your mind wander.



The “Seeblick II” vacation rental is furnished in a modern style. The apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment has tile flooring, except for the bedroom, which has cork flooring. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.



The living area features a large couch, an armchair, and a modern wall unit. Attractive decorations give the vacation rental a cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.


The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, and a combination oven/microwave.


The living area features a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player.

The sofa bed in the central section between the kitchen and living area can be folded out into a bed (1.30 m wide). A curtain can also be used to separate this area from the kitchen. 



Dogs are welcome in our apartment. You’ll find plenty of space for them to run around here and in the surrounding area, along with ideal conditions for your four-legged friend.

The apartments feature one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a sleeper sofa in the space between the living room and kitchen.



There is a covered barbecue area, and rowboats can be used free of charge. The park-like grounds also feature a children’s playground.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
