Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: The well-equipped kitchenette has been cleverly integrated and adjoins the cozy dining area. The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV, a stereo system, and plenty of storage space. From here, you can step out onto the spacious east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast.

Bedroom: The bedroom, which has a window and blackout curtains, features a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a wardrobe.
Upon request, an additional guest can use the fold-out bed in the living area.
