Cozy 1-room vacation apartment, approx. 25 m², for up to 2 people

This small and cozy one-room apartment on the first floor is centrally located in Wenningstedt, in a well-maintained residential building with only a few units. In the spring of 2025, a new kitchenette and a new bathroom were installed. With its tasteful furnishings and decor, it is truly a cozy retreat. The building was also given a new roof and fitted with new windows in the spring of 2025.

Kitchen: A small, well-equipped kitchenette has been cleverly built into the entryway beneath the Velux window; thanks to the two-burner stove and microwave, it allows you to cook even while on vacation.

Living/Sleeping/Dining Area: The cozy room with exposed rafters features a double bed, a small dining nook, and a sofa area with an armchair and TV, all of which invite you to relax.

Bathroom: A modern and bright shower room with a toilet and a window.

Special features: The vacation rental includes a small, landscaped terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture.

Location: This small vacation rental is centrally located in the town center, so it’s just a few steps to the bakery and the small boutiques and restaurants. Wenningstedt’s main beach is only about 500 m away.

Da mir die Wohnung so gut gefällt, auch wenn sie klein ist, bin ich schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen, beide Male 2 Wochen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, das Bad gross und das Bett und das Sofa bequem. Das Internet funktioniert tadellos und der Strandkorb im kleinen Garten ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Der Service von SyltER ist mustergültig. (Wahrscheinlich sollte ich das alles gar nicht schreiben, denn sonst ist das Wohlfühlnest vielleicht schon vermietet, wenn ich das nächste Mal hin will;-) )

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zudem ist sie voll ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer allerdings eine Sperre vor "senfgelb" hat, sollte sich vielleicht nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. :) Wir würden wiederkommen!
