We truly appreciate guests who help us keep the indoors fresh and smoke-free. You’re welcome to enjoy your smoke on the patio while taking in the view — nature makes the best backdrop. Kindly use ashtrays to keep the area clean.

Quiet Hours
To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful rest, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Kindly keep noise levels low during this time, especially in balconies and common areas.

Safety & Security
• 24×7 security & CCTV surveillance on the property and in the gated community. To maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit any illegal or disruptive activities (including drug use or escort services). Breach of these rules will lead to immediate cancellation of stay and involvement of authorities.

Families with Children
We’re delighted to host families! Please keep a close watch on children around balconies, the pool, and open areas for their safety.

For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Please avoid inviting outside visitors during your stay unless approved in advance.

We do regular pest control to ensure a clean and insect free space but please note that we live in a tropical area and so from time to time, you may find insects coming into the apartment especially when food is left lying around or windows and doors are left open for long periods of time. Please be mindful of this and enjoy Goa for all its lush greenery and tropical vibe!
