When the kitchen faucet issue was reported, we arranged maintenance and had the sensor disabled so the faucet could operate normally. We also offered to have an HVAC professional inspect the upstairs temperature concerns, but you let us know that the lower floors had cooled sufficiently and preferred not to have another technician enter during your stay. We respected that request and scheduled follow-up after checkout. We also addressed the missing remote by having a replacement delivered and followed up on the housekeeping and lighting concerns with our team. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We take your comments regarding the listing details seriously as well and are reviewing the descriptions mentioned to ensure they accurately reflect the home and its layout for future guests.
