Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appears to have mold on bathroom ceiling. Pullout couches were very flimsy and uncomfortable. Small bedrooms. Bathroom door was hard to open/shut and lock. The floor threshold in the bathroom was missing and nails were sticking out of the floor. Good covered deck, decent size living area. Palmetto bugs were a nuisance. They were all over the deck at night & we killed 3 indoor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The toilet also runs for longer than it should. Those are easy fixes though. Overall excellent experience! We love Lakewood!
