- EV Ready: Travel with peace of mind. We have a dedicated EV charger right in the parking area, plus a Tesla Supercharger just 5 minutes away behind the grocery store.

Our cleaning fee covers a professional turnover to ensure the home is pristine for your arrival (including all laundry, floor care, surface sanitizing, and seasonal snow removal).
To keep these costs standard for all guests, we kindly ask that the home be left in a respectful condition. Additional cleaning fees may be applied in cases of excessive mess, such as a high volume of unwashed dishes or evidence of damaged furniture or bedding.
PETS:
Because we use this home frequently for our own family, we maintain a strict, no-animal policy due to severe health-related allergies. To ensure the safety of our family and future guests, we cannot accommodate pets or animals of any kind.
Please note that bringing an animal onto the property will result in a $300 professional deep-cleaning fee, and you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep this environment safe and allergen-free for everyone.
GUESTS: We take great pride in our neighborhood and love hosting families who will do the same. To maintain the quiet atmosphere we love, we host family groups and smaller gatherings rather than parties or large adult-only groups.
