About this space
A beautiful fully equipped studio apartment nestled in the Silver Lake hills. Just a five-minute walk to restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenience store. It is located on a quiet street near the reservoirs. A great place for a morning run or an evening stroll. For a more intense workout, the Silver Lake hidden stairs are steps away. Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is approximately 15 minutes via the 101 freeway. Easy access to Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills via Beverly Blvd.
The space
This cozy studio apartment is attached to the main house. It is self-contained with its own heating and air conditioning, tankless water heater, and clothes washer and dryer.
A luxurious bathroom featuring a relaxing shower with a built-in bench, rain, and hand-held shower heads. A glass shower door and a low curb for easy access. The vanity mirror has a built-in defogger, LED light is dimmable and features three settings. There is an exhaust fan and a window for ventilation.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in electric cooktop with two burners. A Kitchenaid combination microwave, convection oven, and air fryer. The convection oven roasts and bakes up to 450 degrees. Countertops are quartz. The sink has a garbage disposal and the faucet swivels and has an extension sprayer. Trash containers are built-in. An under-counter refrigerator is equipped with a small freezer. An exhaust fan pulls the cooking smells outside. A coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, baking dishes and sheets, cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting board, and knives are provided.
The living and bedroom area features an Italian MurphySofa wall bed. When in use the queen-size bed easily lowers over the sofa. The mattress is a Tempur-Pedic medium hybrid queen-size mattress with motion isolation and edge support. The convertible coffee table lifts, rotates, and folds open into a table at dinner height or a desk. In a snap, it adjusts from 8" to 30". Easily moves with wheels that hide in the legs. For clothes storage, there is a five-drawer dresser and a cupboard. For entertainment, an LG-55" Class C4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart web OS TV is on a swivel and extending wall-mounted bracket allowing for different viewing positions.
Clothes washer and dryer ONLY for use by occupants of this studio.
