This comfortable vacation rental, approximately 60 square meters in size and accommodating up to 4 people, is located on the lower level of a building with two vacation rentals. The apartment features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. The living area offers the option of an extra bed (a sofa bed for 2 people). The stylishly furnished apartment features underfloor heating and a TV with internet access as well as a DAB+ CD/radio. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in, barrier-free shower, a wheelchair-accessible sink, and a toilet; a bathtub is also available. The living area opens onto the terrace, which is perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying breakfast, or simply relaxing. The high-quality kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven at working height. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom. A washing machine has been installed in the utility room.





Families with children are warmly welcome. If needed, the bedroom can be equipped with a portable crib (up to 15 kg). A high chair can also be provided upon request. The apartment has been designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, featuring level/barrier-free entrances as well as wider doors. The entrance to the apartment, as well as access to the rooms and the shower on the lower level, are level/barrier-free (no steps).
Since most of the properties are located on slopes, the path leading to the property is steep; however, the vacation home itself is situated on a flat plateau and is accessible without stairs.
The initial supply includes dish soap, dishcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and soap. Bedding and towels are also provided.



This beautiful vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in Fürstenberg/Havel, in the Röblinsee settlement, with an indirect view of Lake Röblinsee.
The access path to the property is steep. The vacation home itself is situated on a flat plateau and is accessible without stairs.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
