hola Victor, primero déjame decirte que siento mucho que sientas que tuviste una mala experiencia en mi propiedad. Como puede ver en mis muchas reseñas, otros clientes no comparten sus puntos de vista, pero acepto sus comentarios. La casa se limpió por completo a su llegada y es bueno ver que su única queja es que algunos de los cubiertos no estaban totalmente limpios, recordará que cuando le proporcionemos los detalles clave, también le proporcionaremos las reglas de la casa, esto explica completamente que el limpiador de la casa no está aquí para limpiar platos y utensilios y que todos los clientes deben hacer esto antes de la partida, desafortunadamente parece clientes antes de que los haya guardado sin limpiarlos por completo, estoy seguro de que los limpiaron, pero tal vez no a su nivel, así que lo siento, mi personal no lava los platos. Llegué a la propiedad el mismo día que partiste, la casa estaba muy limpia a la llegada y no encontré los problemas que describiste. Hormigas, sí, recibimos algunas de vez en cuando, he estado aquí una semana y he visto alguna extraña alrededor de la cocina, sin embargo, sí suministramos spray y desinfectante debajo del fregadero de la cocina, pude erradicar esas pocas hormigas muy rápidamente y no he visto ninguno desde entonces. Refiérase a la piscina, es triste ver que olvidó informar a otros clientes potenciales que llegó a la propiedad 2 horas antes de la hora de entrada permitida, el hecho es que la piscina aún no se había limpiado pero era a las 5 p.m. de ese día. Dear Sabia], Thank you for your recent feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your children experienced a skin reaction after using the pool, and I hope they are feeling better. I would like to clarify a few points for the record. My pre‑arrival instructions clearly state that the pool float containing the chlorine tablet must be removed before swimming, as it is not safe to swim while the tablet is actively dispersing chlorine. From your own message, it appears the float had not been removed when the children entered the pool. Following your message, I asked my pool cleaner to test the water. The results confirmed that the pool chemistry was neutral and within safe levels. I also advised you during your stay to add a small amount of fresh water through the hose to help dilute the chlorine slightly, asking that you run for no longer than 10minutes, you must have forgotton it was in the pool because the pool was then overfilled to the point that the water ran over the filter, flooded the pool house and disrupted the circulation equipment. This required the pool to be part drained, the area cleaned and ventilated (“smoked”), and the chemical balance fully re‑adjusted. As a result, the pool was out of action for two days but you personally caused this. Under the terms of my rental agreement, I had the right to deduct the costs of this work from your booking, which amounted to approximately €65. However, I chose not to do so and instead covered these expenses myself, for this reason i am amazed i received such a review. I take the safety and maintenance of the property very seriously, and I will continue to reinforce these instructions with future guests to help avoid any similar issues. I hope, in time, you will understand that the situation was largely due to a misunderstanding of the pool‑use instructions rather than a fault with the property itself.
