Living & dining

The open-concept ground floor flows easily between a generous living area, a sleek kitchen with a large island and bar seating, and multiple dining spots that bring everyone together. Whether you're loading up on breakfast before a park day or winding down over a late dinner, the layout handles groups without cramping anyone's style. A dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart lock check-in mean the practical details look after themselves.



Entertainment & game room

Step into the Mario Kart-themed game room and the tone for the trip is set instantly - arcade machines, air hockey, and console gaming fill the space with the kind of energy that keeps everyone off their phones. Upstairs, the Avengers-themed private cinema turns movie night into an event, with immersive visuals and comfortable seating for the whole group.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine bedrooms sleep your group across 12 beds and seven bathrooms, with a thoughtful mix of setups for kids and adults alike. The Mickey Mouse jungle-inspired bunk room brings the magic with a tree feature and glowing lights. The Encanto-themed bunk room has its own playhouse, and the Lilo bunk room glows with colorful LED lighting. King bedrooms throughout the home are designed for adult guests who want space, privacy, and a proper night's sleep after long days at the parks. A king ensuite on the first floor adds extra convenience for guests who prefer to stay on one level.



Bathrooms

Seven bathrooms means no morning bottlenecks. Each is stocked with the essentials, and you'll find a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo included.



Pool & outdoor space

The screened-in pool and spa sit at the center of your outdoor space, sheltered from the Florida summer heat and bugs while staying open to the sky. The surrounding seating area is a natural gathering point - morning coffee here, evening unwind here, post-park cool-down in between. The backyard gives extra room to spread out.



Kitchen & laundry

A fully equipped kitchen handles full group meals with ease - refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cookware and dishes you need. A full-size washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and not spend your last morning hunting for clean clothes.

Solara Resort wraps around the property with a full suite of shared facilities - a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, full-size soccer field, and a large fitness center at the clubhouse. Free parking on premises and free street parking keep things simple for groups arriving in multiple vehicles.



Location

Solara Resort puts the best of Orlando within easy reach. Disney World is 7.6 miles away (around 15 minutes), Universal Studios is roughly 30 minutes, and SeaWorld is about 25 minutes. Falcon Fire Golf Course and Disney Golf Course are both under 25 minutes, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the front door.



Please note:



We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
