Location! Walk to Square! Charming 3 Bedroom Downtown Home
Your home away from home in Oxford is just off the Square! Experience our lovely hometown like a local! The location cannot be beat on this quiet, residential street that is steps from downtown. The home is nicely equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living spaces. The kitchen is bright and cheery with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This cozy house features 3 bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has 100% cotton sheets and new mattresses and pillows. New area rugs and dressers make it feel like home. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and a Lasko stand fan.
The 2 bathrooms are recently renovated with new fluffy white towels and makeup washcloths. The larger bathroom has a large vanity with double sinks, a large jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and heated floors. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
The living space stays comfortable year-round with excellent heating and cooling as well as ceiling and stand fans for comfort. There are two comfortable living areas with new sofas and televisions. The sunroom has a sectional and recliner as well as a Roku with soundbar--perfect for watching movies or sports! The front living room has a similar set up and includes a dining table for 6. Strong Wi-Fi connections are maintained throughout the home.
Our cheery kitchen is bright and conveniently stocked with basics. A new air-fryer, gas stove and oven, Keurig coffee maker (including pods!) and all kitchen essentials make this a perfect place to prepare simple meals to make your stay feel like home. A breakfast nook seats 3. A washer and dryer (more pods included!) are available in the garage. The home includes simple cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper, coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil.
Less than a 10-minute walk to the Oxford Downtown Square, Mid-Town Shopping Center, or the Oxford-Depot Trail, there is no better location for visits to Oxford and Ole Miss. Our home is locally owned by Oxford residents with in-town assistance for a worry-free stay.
