Tucked away on a large, private lot on a quiet no-wake lake in Evart, this cozy 3-bedroom lake cottage is the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and enjoy peaceful Northern Michigan lake life.
If you're looking for jet skis and a busy lake party scene, this isn't it.
If drinking coffee on the dock while watching the loons and herons, paddling still water, gorgeous sunsets, and quiet evenings around the fire with the moon reflecting off the lake are your idea of paradise-you've found your new favorite get away.
With 800 square feet of thoughtfully arranged space, the home comfortably hosts small families, couples, girls getaways, or anyone looking for a serene retreat.
The Lake Experience
Saddlebag Lake is Evart's best kept secret. This 100 acre, private no-wake lake offers:
~Calm water
~Multiple canals to explore
~No loud boat traffic
~Ideal or kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming (kayaks and paddleboard available for use!)
~Incredibly peaceful atmosphere, day and night
~Excellent bird and wildlife watching
Perfect for Midweek Stays, you likely won't see another person on the lake

~Full kitchen with cookware, dishes, flatware, and essentials

~Pontoon boat is NOT for guest use, please stay off
~Do not leave children unattended while swimming. Beach has a gentle slope but does drop off about 20 ft from shore.
~Sorry, no pets
