This beautifully appointed townhome is located in the highly sought-after Gulf Place community, offering private beach access and walkable convenience to dining, shopping, live music, and local favorites — everything you love about 30A is right outside your door.
Inside, this spacious three-bedroom, 2½-bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The open living area features beautiful coastal décor, generous seating, and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.
Enjoy not one, but four balconies — two overlooking the vibrant town center and two facing the peaceful nature trail and walking path leading to the beach — giving you the best of both lively community views and serene coastal scenery.
The Gulf Place community has 3 swimming pools available to all guests, all of which are heated in the fall, winter, and spring months. There are 3 private deeded beach accesses, which means there will be plenty of sugar white sand for all of you. You will also find a tennis courts, pickleball court, a green space, and multiple shops, ice cream, and dining options within easy walking distance to sample during your stay. Watch the sunset over seafood delights at Shunk Gulley, enjoy pizza on the rooftop patio from Pizza by the Sea, enjoy amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Perfect Pig, and grab the best sandwiches around at the Sub Shack.
