Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Luxury Apartment 0.10 is located on the first floor of the “White Pearl” and accommodates 2 people in 54 m²—your dog is welcome, too!

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a small dining area in the living space. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by two armchairs. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding louvered doors.

A highlight of the apartment is the furnished terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been around since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash rooms for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
