This 75 m² 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and lower first floor of the Gilde-Residenz and can accommodate 4 people. You can park your car in the assigned outdoor parking space.

The light-filled living area, featuring an open kitchenette, dining area, and cozy sofa nook, invites you to relax. From here, you can step out onto the furnished sun terrace. A bedroom with a double bed and a shower room are also located on this floor. On the lower first floor, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds and another shower room.

The building also features a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee).

This apartment comes with its own beach chair on the beach, which is available to you from approximately May 15 to September 20, depending on seasonal weather conditions. The apartment is just a 4-minute walk from the fine-sand beach of Grömitz.

Next to the parking spaces is a bike storage room with e-bike charging stations.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement.
