The 47-square-meter, two-room penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building B. It is designed to accommodate 3 people and a dog. Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or via the stairs.

You’ll be greeted by a hallway that offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea. On the right is the bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The heart of the apartment is the bright living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea through the large floor-to-ceiling windows! There is also a bedroom with a double box-spring bed offering a magnificent view of the sea. The couch in the living room serves as a sleeping area for one person.

You can access the 25 m² rooftop terrace from either the living area or the bedroom. Comfortable patio furniture is provided here, and you’ll also enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea!

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
