Spacious vacation home for 6–8 people and a dog, with a fireplace, sauna, and garden—near the Baltic Sea

This vacation home, which is approximately 100 m² in size, can accommodate 6–8 people as well as your dog and is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. There are two parking spaces right next to the house.

On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living/dining area and an open, very well-equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed, another room with a sleeper sofa for two people, a spacious shower room, and a guest restroom complete the first floor. The room with the sleeper sofa can also be used as a small living room (includes a TV). The room with the guest bathroom also features a second refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a futon suitable for additional overnight guests. The room with the single beds also features a home office setup with a desk, office chair, and external monitor. A broadband Internet connection is available for TV streaming and/or video conferencing. Internet speed (subject to change): Download speeds range from 210 to 290 Mbit/s, while upload speeds range from 90 to 130 Mbit/s. The staircase is quite steep and has narrow steps.

This beautiful vacation home features a large, furnished terrace with a beach chair and a grill. There is also additional seating in front of the house. A highlight of the property is the fantastic, private sauna area in the adjacent building (right next to the house), which includes a shower area.
