A contemporary coastal home in the heart of Camps Bay, just a short walk from the beach and its collection of cafés and restaurants. This five-bedroom residence is designed to showcase the best of Cape Town living, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles. Spacious lounges flow onto sun-drenched terraces, while a private pool, wine cellar, and generous outdoor areas create the perfect setting for sharing meals, watching sunsets, or simply unwinding in style.
This property offers its guests private, secure off-street parking and undercover parking behind a set of double garage doors. Once inside the residence, there is a staircase that leads you up to the main living area. Here, two inviting lounges flow naturally around a 10-seater dining table, creating distinct yet connected spaces. Sliding doors open to a terrace that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
