Cozy Cottage near Ocoee White Water Rafting Outfitters with Hot Tub!
Cozy cottage in the historic district of Ducktown, TN! This recently remodeled cottage offers a hot tub and is dog friendly while sleeping up to 4 guests. The Perfect location to explore the local history and is in close proximity to the Ocoee river whitewater rafting outfitters, apple orchards, cascading waterfalls and mountain trails. Just a short drive to the twin historic cities of Copperhill, TN and McCaysville, Georgia where you can `walk the line` between the two states. Local restaurants, breweries and small town shopping abound. Just a short 20 miniute drive to the historic Blue Ridge, GA.
Inside the cottage is a fully furnished kitchen perfect for staying in while the outdoor gas grill beckons for a starlit barbecue night. One queen sized bedroom with full bath and a sleeper sofa for friends or children. Modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, allow you to stay connected while you disconnect from the world outside.

Everything the cabin has to offer except for locked `owner` areas

Directions will be texted to the cell phone number that you provide 3 days before your arrival date. This is a portal link that you should use during your reservation. It provides access code, directions, check in and out procedures and times, area info and you can also message us through the link.
You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking in and out:
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Checkout before 10:00 AM
Self check-in with provided tablet.
During your stay:
4 guests maximum
See pet policy listed. Dogs only.
No parties or events.
No smoking.
Additional rules:
No noises that might disturb neighbors.
Before you check-out, please gather used towels and place in shower.
Throw all trash away in outside trash recepticle.
Turn off TV`s and check stove to make sure it is turned off.
In heating season: Leave thermostat set on heat at 50 degrees. In air conditioning season: Leave thermostat set on cool at 80 degrees.
Lock up by pressing the lock button on the electronic lock.
