In a quiet and sunny location, just 200 m from the centre of Uderns, this spacious holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The ski bus stops right next to the house and takes you to the nearby ski areas of Fügen/Spieljoch or Kaltenbach, so you can leave your car at the house. In summer, this residence is an ideal base for hiking in the surrounding mountains. In the nearby centre, you'll find a supermarket for daily shopping, but an evening out at one of the restaurants is of course also possible!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
