Our quiet and centrally located ground-floor vacation apartment features a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. A terrace invites you to relax. A parking space is available on the property.

Ground-floor vacation rental:

Our vacation rental is located in the basement of a semi-detached house and has a separate entrance. It is approximately 60 square meters in size, features two separate rooms, and can accommodate 1–3 people.

You don’t need to bring a travel crib or a high chair—these items are provided. Bed linens and towels are provided and included.



• This is a non-smoking apartment!

• Of course, you also have a free parking space right in front of the house.

• A supermarket, bakery, gas station, and bus stop are just a two-minute walk away.



In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed (for the 3rd and 4th guests; dimensions: 1.45 x 2.10 meters), a flat-screen TV, and a radio. The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided. The terrace has a table and chairs. A grill is also available.
