Hipp Apartment No. 3—90 m², a new building on the 1st floor with a balcony and mountain views in a prime location

Our vacation rental No. 3, located at Raiffeisenstr. 3 in the Buching-Bayerniederhofen neighborhood, offers 90 square meters of living space plus a 20-square-meter south-facing balcony on the first floor of an apartment building and was completed in early 2021. From the apartment, you can see the Buchenberg, and from the edge of your balcony, you can see the Royal Palaces. All rooms feature underfloor heating and are very bright and furnished in a modern yet cozy style. Light, sand-colored tiles were chosen for the bathroom, and all other floors are covered with high-quality vinyl in an oak finish. The furnishings consist of new, high-quality furniture, high-quality mattresses, etc.

The vacation rental includes a numbered carport parking space, and you’ll also find ample additional parking directly at the building. Access to the building is at ground level. Inside the building, you can reach the vacation apartment on the first floor via the stairs or, for barrier-free access, via the elevator.

Our new building is situated in a prime location on a property spanning over 2,600 square meters. It follows the floor plan of the former farmhouse “beim Bildhauer,” which had stood on the same site since the mid-19th century. Our new building contains 5 rental apartments and 3 vacation apartments. In the basement, our vacation guests have access to a washer and dryer, as well as a sauna and fitness area measuring approximately 96 m². An underground passageway leads to the annex, where you’ll find bicycle parking spaces and the oak dry sauna with an alpine hut-style relaxation room.

coffee maker with built-in grinder and permanent filter. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide our guests with a conventional filter coffee maker.

A starter kit containing toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, spices, tea, coffee beans, etc., as well as dish towels and dishcloths in the kitchen and a first-aid kit in the bathroom cabinet, is provided.

There is a 55-inch TV in the living room, and 43-inch TVs in all master bedrooms. All TVs are modern smart TVs that allow you to access online content—such as the ARD/ZDF media library, YouTube, or your personal Amazon Prime Video or Netflix account—in addition to traditional satellite TV.

A small collection of board games and a radio are also available.

You’re welcome to store strollers inside the building under the basement stairs. E-bikes can be charged and parked outside the building. In winter, wooden sleds are available free of charge.
