Core-serviced apartment right on the small seawall, accommodating up to 5 people

The main apartment on the first floor (GF) sleeps 4 people and offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree vacation. The open-concept, sun-drenched living area with its classic furnishings invites you to linger. The covered outdoor terrace features cozy seating that’s perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Kitchen with Living Area
Our living-dining room is equipped with an LED TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. The dining area offers a picturesque view of the natural surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a TV connection. Thanks to its location at the end of a cul-de-sac, this room is perfect for long and restful nights.

Children’s Bedroom / Guest Room
This room offers plenty of space for two children or single guests. It features two single beds and also has a TV connection.

The vacation rental in Neßermersiel is situated right in the beautiful green countryside and is very quiet due to its location on a dead-end street, as there is no through traffic. Located directly on the small dike, it offers magnificent views. Our vacation home consists of two vacation apartments and was completely renovated and modernized in 2021.

Note:
We charge an additional 60€ per stay for final cleaning. This fee is to be paid on-site.
We also offer an optional towel package for €6.50 and bed linens for €7.50 per stay. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you need towels or bed linens.
The visitor’s tax must also be paid in cash upon arrival.
