A queen bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level, making it convenient for guests who prefer fewer stairs.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to a private deck with seating for two, and a designated desk area—perfect for remote work or quiet mornings. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.



The outdoor space truly sets this home apart. The yard is spacious and designed for entertaining, featuring a dining table for six, a BBQ, and a comfortable lounge area—perfect for enjoying warm San Diego evenings after a day at the beach. Please note: There is a completely separate home located at the back of the property, with no shared living spaces, ensuring full privacy for guests. For larger groups or families traveling together, both homes can be rented as a compound—please inquire for availability.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. There is a house in the back of the property and both can be rented as a compound. There is no shared space between the 2 units, allowing privacy for a relaxed stay!

Other Things to Note:

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet. Up to two dogs permitted.

• Parking: street parking ONLY

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
