Kick back and relax in this sweet little casita just 15 minutes from Round Top. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway, with space to sleep up to 3 guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfy stay. Whether you’re here for the antique show, or just some quiet country time, this casita makes the perfect home base.
BEDROOM | BATHROOM
- Three twin-size beds share the same sleeping area
- Small mounted TV in the sleeping area
- Closet and suitcase racks
- One bathroom w/single vanity + walk-in shower
KITCHEN | DINING | LIVING
- Banquette kitchen counters w/storage
- Electric stove/oven + microwave + fridge/freezer
- Drip coffee maker + coffee + sweeteners + cream
- There is no dishwasher
- Dish sponge, soap and rack provided
- Small round dining table w/seating for 2
- Cozy seating in the living area
LAUNDRY
- Stackable washer/dryer
- Laundry detergent provided
Must be 22+ to book, observe Quiet Hours 10P-8A & agree to cancellation policy.
Prohibited activities: smoking, vaping or drug use; illegal activity including underage drinking; no off-road, ATVs or unlicensed vehicles; no fireworks, firearms, hunting or weapons of any kind; no campfires; fire pit requires host approval (no trash); no parking on the grass; no pets; no unregistered guests.
No glitter, party sprinkles, confetti, body oil or re-arranging furniture.
Only human waste & toilet paper can be flushed.
All trash must be bagged and placed in outside bin.
No loud music, events or commercial use (photo/video) without prior host approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
