Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the vacation rental is located on a quiet side street. <br><br>The non-smoking vacation rental sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.<br>It is accessed via a separate entrance and is located on the upper floor of a duplex. Spanning 50 square meters, you’ll find a bright, lovingly furnished two-room apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a cozy sofa area. For our younger guests, we can provide a crib, a high chair, and a changing pad upon request. A double sofa bed (160x200) is located in the living room.<br>Both the bedroom and the living room have a TV with satellite reception. In addition, the living room features a radio and a DVD player. <br>The spacious built-in kitchen features a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. Also provided are: cookware and tableware, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a blender. A dining table with chairs seats 4 people.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower pan, and hair dryer. <br>Upon request, you may use our washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are available in the apartment. Of course, you also have the option of using a wireless Internet connection.<br><br>Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.<br><br>There is a parking space on the property for your car and bicycles.<br><br>
