Located in Grödersby near Kappeln on the Schlei, this cozy, lovingly furnished little thatched-roof cottage is surrounded by fields, woods, and meadows. Here you’ll find absolute peace and quiet, nature, and plenty of space for the kids to play.
The house accommodates up to 5 people. The two bedrooms (connected rooms) are located on the first floor. Ideal for a family vacation—upon request, we provide a crib, high chair, potty, and toilet seat for our little guests free of charge—or simply for a couple. Writers have also stayed here to find inspiration in this beautiful natural setting and tranquility.



Mühlenholz Vacation Home:

This cozy, charming little thatched-roof cottage is located in Grödersby near Kappeln on the Schlei, surrounded by fields, forests, and meadows. Here you’ll find absolute peace and nature, as well as plenty of space for the children to play.
The house accommodates up to 5 people. Ideal for a family vacation—upon request, we’ll provide a crib, high chair, potty, and toilet seat for our little guests free of charge—or simply for a couple. Writers have also stayed here to find inspiration in this beautiful natural setting and tranquility.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a large dining table and a sitting area, a small hunting room, the kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads from the living room to the attic, where the children’s area (3 standard beds) and the bedroom with a double bed are located.
The annex houses the pantry, washing machine, and a workshop. The adjacent shed houses sun loungers and bicycles, which are available for your use at your own risk. You’ll also find a handcart and some toys there.

It’s a 15-minute drive to the beach at Weidefeld on the Baltic Sea, and a 20-minute walk to the Schlei.
The beds are made if linens were ordered; the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, and basic items such as dish soap, salt, pepper, and dishwasher tablets are provided.
There’s also garden furniture with cushions, a grill, bicycles (at your own risk), a handcart, and much more. There’s a radio/CD player and a large flat-screen TV (via satellite). Despite its secluded location, our vacation home has a fiber-optic connection with fast Wi-Fi inside the house and on the terrace. Pets are allowed upon request (no cats), but smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please ask us if you’d like more details! Bicycles, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, swing, sandbox, high chair, crib, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a phone—everything is provided.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
