You will find the tranquillity of a small village with the convenience of a large ski area just a snowball's throw away. On request, there is possibly room for 2 extra children. The third-floor penthouse is accessible by lift and has 2 large balconies, on the east and south side. What a view, huh?

For winter sports enthusiasts, this penthouse has an ideal location. In 2019/2020, a new 10-seater gondola lift was built right next to this property. Hop on the ZellamSeeXpress to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe in the process. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. You only have to walk a short distance to reach the ski area.

But even outside winter, this region has plenty to offer. The incomparable panorama from the Hohe Tauern to the Leogang Steinbergen guides hikers through the mountain world of the Glemm Valley. More than 180 km of mountain bike trails, adventurous single trails and the Adidas Freeride ensure that in Saalbach Hinterglemm you experience the greatest mountain biking fun in Europe
