The space
A newer, larger, well-maintained, newly decorated home, sits in the heart of nature.
First level has an open floor plan, that includes large living room, large fully stocked kitchen, 1/2 bath, dinning area, and a separate dinning room.
Second level has the 3 bedrooms, laundry room and full bath. (The owners suite, 4th bedroom, is locked off)
The neighborhood streets are great for walking, jogging or running, with many having great inclines, and lake views.

*Less than a mile from Lake Hartwell where you can Swim, fish, kayak, or enjoy a great meal at The Galley restaurant at Portman marina
*1-3 miles to nearby ramps
*1 mile from I 85
*15 min to Clemson University

Exceptional Cleanliness Standards
All mattresses, bedding, towels, linens, and most of the furnishings, purchased new in summer of 2025. All mattresses and pillows have mattress and pillow encasements that are 100% Waterproof, Bed Bug Proof, Hypoallergenic.

Full kitchen stocked with dishes and essentials for making a sandwich or cooking a full course meal
Air Fryer – toaster oven – blender
Keurig – Perk - French Press-selection of coffee-tea-sugar-creamers
Full size washer/dryer (detergent, fabric softener provided)
Iron, and Ironing board located in laundry room
Hair dryer/ bath salts/ shampoo/ conditioner/ liquid and bar soap provided
Makeup remover wash cloths
Whole house water filter, and one on water supply to fridge
Large covered patio with seating for 12, New outdoor grill (filled propane tank included)
**GENERAL**
Keyless entry
Central split system A/C, heat with new smart technology thermostats on each level, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room
Maintenance contract on the AC/ Heat system, with same day service, most days.
No checkout chores
Owners live in the home about 2 weeks every other month, so it is well maintained. We live out of state, but we have a person, nearby who can help in case of emergency.
Pricing-rate varies by weekday/weekend, season, and holidays. Please double-check your selected dates and selected number of guests, to ensure accurate pricing. Discounts are applied to stays starting at a week
**Other things to note**
- All guests must be listed on the reservation
- No unregistered or overnight guests
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
Due to owners allergies. AC/ heat duct work was professionally cleaned and sanitized first quarter of 2025, we would like to keep the inside air at it's best quality, for us and all our guests.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent
- The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party
- Exterior security cameras (facing out)
