This private single-story home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the entire space for you to enjoy. Thoughtfully updated, the home features a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, along with newer appliances and washer/dryer, providing everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.
The home offers three bedrooms with two queen beds and two twin beds, along with one full bathroom located on the main floor. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming, central HVAC, keyless entry, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals. The fully fenced yard provides a great outdoor space to unwind, and guests will have access to two private parking spaces behind the home, plus unlimited street parking.
The property includes safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and deadbolt locks for peace of mind. Please note that same-day check-in and check-out are not permitted to allow adequate cleaning time between stays. Trash and recycling are collected on Mondays via the rear alley, and guests do not need to move the bins. As there is no garbage disposal, guests are asked to empty the drain catcher and avoid placing food down the sink.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property. The house was clean and visually appealing. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable bedding, so we slept well every night.The large outdoor space was a highlight — perfect for relaxing. The property sits on a corner lot on a busier street, so there is a little noise during the day but it quieted down nicely in the evenings.The location is fantastic-central and convenient for getting around. And our host was excellent throughout, communicating promptly and clearly from start to finish.
