Our Villa Cornelia is located in a fantastic valley, a popular destination for tourists who enjoy exploring by tourist train, bicycle, or jeep. It's close to the beach yet far enough away from the tourist crowds. Rethymno is a 15-minute drive away. The three apartments are well-equipped and air-conditioned. Only three of the four apartments are available for rent. Just pack your swimwear and head out, as shopping is easy in the port and boutique town of Rethymno, which is only 15 minutes from the villa. The beach and Costa Bay are a 5-minute drive away. The area is particularly known for its pleasant climate. Despite being close to tourist areas, you won't notice much of the hustle and bustle here in the valley, nestled among the olive groves. We are located approximately 950 meters from the village of Asteri. For your convenience, we'd be happy to send you directions to our villa so you know exactly how to get here from Heraklion or Chania airport.



Transport connections: The Chania-Rethymno-Heraklion highway is 2 km away, Heraklion Airport is approximately 55 minutes away, Chania Airport approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away, and Rethymno ferry port approximately 15 minutes away. There is a bus connection to Rethymno, where you will find cafes, tavernas, and various cultural attractions. The village of Asteri, suitable for small shopping needs, is 900 meters away. Large supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away, and a Lidl supermarket is 10 minutes away.



Equipment:

The 2-room apartment is located on the top floor and has a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom for a total of 4 people plus a baby cot and has a large balcony.



All apartments are equipped with:

Color TV (satellite connection), some with DVD player

Kitchen: including dishes, oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle

Bathroom: Shower / Bathtub, Hairdryer

Air conditioning included



Towels and bed linen are changed and the room is cleaned twice a week. Cleaning supplies, clothespins, dish towels, etc. are provided.



Pool and garden:

There is a large shared swimming pool. A separate children's pool is available for younger children. A barbecue grill is provided for barbecue evenings. The ground-floor apartment has its own private grill.
