The upper level is dedicated to rest and privacy, featuring both bedrooms and a full bathroom. For your comfort, mini-split units provide quiet, customized climate control throughout the home.
Descend the stairs to the lower level, which is designed as a cozy, intimate sanctuary. This space is a restful escape from the bright Maine sun, perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking or exploring the coast. The efficient, compact kitchen and living area are thoughtfully arranged for easy living, complemented by an Apple TV and a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.
Outside, a small entrance deck with seating for two offers a quiet spot to enjoy the fresh salt air. Although the owners live on-site in this shared-use building, your unit is entirely private.
