Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear the house met your expectations and that you had a wonderful stay overall. We do apologize again for the issue with the pool heat at the start of your trip, but we’re happy our guest services team was able to resolve it quickly and keep you informed along the way so you could still enjoy it for most of your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and kind words, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Happy to hear the home itself was a hit. We're sorry the kitchen cabinets and the air conditioning gave you trouble along the way, as those everyday details matter to a comfortable stay. Both items were shared with the team responsible for the home and have since been addressed. We hope to host you again for a stay where everything works as easily as it should.

When the kids and the grownups are both happy, you know it was a good trip. We're so glad the home worked out perfectly for your family. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future.
