check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

You’ll be in a great spot for day trips. Claytor Lake State Park is about a 40-minute drive, and both Virginia Tech in Blacksburg and Radford University are roughly 40 to 45 minutes away. If you’re flying in or want a bigger-city outing, Roanoke is around 55 to 60 minutes by car.

The living area is open and bright, with comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out.

Step outside to the deck with a picnic table, perfect for meals, coffee, or soaking in the quiet views.

Trash can be left in the unit and the cleaners will dispose of it.

There is a large pond on the property so guests should be aware of that so children don’t
wander, etc without an adult. There is also an opening behind the house that goes to the
basement (a set of stairs) so adults should be always monitoring children on the property and
being mindful of the set of stairs behind the house because a person could fall.

- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.

- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.

- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then
asked to leave on the second violation.
