THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A very quiet, private, and convenient place to stay, located in a secure and charming area, steps from great shopping, cinemas, dining, and nightlife. The community is roughly bounded by Romulo Betancourt, Nuñez de Caceres, and 27 de Febrero avenues.
Close to Mirador Park, where people jog, roller-skate, and bicycle in the mornings. Later in the day, families visit and enjoy the park. The park was created on a large limestone ridge with natural caves.
The neighborhood is about:
• 10 minutes from the Colonial Zone
• 30 minutes from Las Americas International Airport
• 35 minutes from beach areas
