Enjoy your vacation in Warnemünde in our vacation apartments “Captains-Suite,” “Ausguck,” “Vordeck” in the “Promenadenblick” building, located right next to the Warnemünde lighthouse and offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and, in some cases, of ships entering and leaving the harbor via the Alter Strom. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenblick! We offer you a cozy, well-appointed vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

From the “Captains-Suite” on the first floor, you can watch the sun sink into the sea past the lighthouse at the far end of the beach. You’ll never forget this view. The Baltic Sea is just a stone’s throw away, and the “Am Alten Strom” promenade is less than 50 meters away. But you’re also guaranteed to feel right at home in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances a modern kitchen needs today. The bathroom features a tub, shower, and hair dryer. A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (free of charge), and a DVD player are, of course, included. With a total area of approximately 80 square meters, the apartment comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people. It features a cozy living room and 2 bedrooms (each with a second TV), both furnished with double beds. The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. Enjoy a stunning view from the sunroom.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us,
starting at 6 €/night(if available).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons with 80% or more disability, accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental property owner:
