We offer you a small, cozy vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Located on the first floor, the quietly situated “CLAAS” vacation apartment is available for guests. The apartment is approximately 33 square meters in size and features a living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave. The apartment has laminate flooring throughout. The living room features satellite TV, a radio, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers and accommodates 2 people. In the small courtyard, you can also use the beach chair and seating areas and park your bicycles.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.


Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered in B
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference participants, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
