You’ll stay in a beautifully restored 1915 historic home where timeless character meets modern comfort in El Paso’s Grandview neighborhood. Thoughtfully remodeled with stylish finishes, the home preserves its original charm. Enjoy a private patio for a relaxing evening or small gathering, with views of the Franklin Mountains. Ideally located near Memorial Park, with quick access to Fort Bliss via Hwy 54 and Cassidy Gate, and minutes from shopping, dining, and nightlife.

You’ll enjoy a thoughtfully laid out home with comfortable, well-defined spaces designed for relaxation and ease. The living area is cozy and stylish, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring El Paso. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage, offering a calm and restful atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, while the dining area is ideal for shared meals or morning coffee. A private patio extends the living space outdoors, providing a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy views of the Franklin Mountains. Bathrooms are clean, modern, and well stocked for your stay.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. There is a separate small unit located on the side of the property, but it is completely independent and does not share any spaces, entrances, or amenities. Your stay is fully private, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private patio. The home offers convenient self check in for a smooth arrival.

Guests can easily get in touch with us at any time during their stay. You’ll have two contact phone numbers available for calls or text messages, as well as a digital guidebook with detailed information about the home, how everything works, and the layout of the space. While the guidebook answers most questions, we are always available by text or phone whenever you need assistance.

No smoking inside the home.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
Cannabis use is prohibited on all premises.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:

Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50

King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110

King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
