Trader Dan's Villa: 10 Minutes to Disney! Themed 4 Bedroom Home in Windsor Palms

Get ready for a stay filled with wonder and adventure at Trader Dan's Villa! Located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort, Trader Dan's Villa is a beautifully themed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that's 5-10 minutes away from Walt Disney World! This home also boasts a nice sized kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a private pool with a screened in lanai. Guests also have access to Windsor Palms many on-site amenities! When you first enter Trader Dan's Villa, the two kids' bedrooms and the first bathroom are off the the left side of the entryway.

The first bedroom is the Princess Bedroom! This bedroom is every little girl's dream room! Adorned with pink and purple walls, this bedroom features two carriage-shaped princess beds, a nightstand, a little dresser, a smart TV, and a closet. The windows in the bedroom have blackout curtains, perfect for those looking to sleep in and not be woken up by the sun. There is also a small waste can for any trash. The ceiling fan in this bedroom has a remote control where guests can control the fan and the light.

The second bedroom is the Donkey Kong Bedroom! Fans of the Donkey Kong games will love this space! Inspired by the Donkey Kong Country section of Epic Universe's Super Nintendo World, this bedroom features a full size bed, a smart TV, and a closet that has a dresser for additional storage. The windows in this bedroom also have blackout curtains. The ceiling fan has a remote control where guests can control the fan and the light.

The first bathroom of the home is located between the Princess and Donkey Kong bedrooms. This is the Mickey Mouse bathroom. Inspired by the iconic mouse, this little bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a toilet, a sink and vanity, and a small towel closet. The towel closet has additional towels for that specific bathroom. The showerhead in the bathtub is a removable one. There is also a wastecan for any bathroom trash.

Off to the right side of the house a little ways from the entryways is the dining room! This dining space is inspired by films like Lilo and Stitch and Moana! The dining area has a table that can seat 6, however an additional dining chair is located in the master bedroom.

Beside the dining area is the doorway to the Ravenclaw Suite! The Ravenclaw Suite in the second masterbedroom of the home dedicated to one of the more underrated Hogwarts houses! This bedroom has a queen bed, a nightstand with a lamp and Hedwig plushie, a smart TV, a large dresser, and a closet that also has a small laundry hamper and an additional nightstand. This room also balckout curtains. The Ravenclaw Suite has an attatched bathroom. This bathroom has a standing shower, a toilet, a sink and vanity, and a towel closet. The towel closet has additional towels for that specific bathroom. There is a wastecan for any bathroom trash.

The living room is a large space perfect for the whole family! There is a couch, a loveseat, a rocking chair, two end tables, a coffee table, a large TV console, a smart TV, and a small bench located in the inlet. The TV console has some books and games. The living room is in an open space so there is immediate access to the kitchen.

The kitchen in the home has a large kitchen island where three additional people can sit and enjoy meals and snacks. The kitchen island also has the sink. There is also a fridge, an oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is plenty of counter space perfect for cooking meals! Additional appliances include a coffee maker, a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, a blender and toaster oven! There are dishes and silverware for guests to use. We also supply trash bags and dish pods for guests to use during their stay. There is also a small breakfast table where four guests can sit by the window that looks out to the lanai. Next to the breakfast table is the large kitchen pantry. There are items in the pantry that guests can use during their stay.

In the back of the house is the main master bedroom. This large bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, a large dresser, and a smart TV. The additional dining room chair is in the corner of the bedroom. The ceiling fan has a remote control where guests can control the fan and the light. This bedroom also has the attatched master bathroom. This bathroom has a large garden tub, a standing shower, a double sink and vanity, and a toilet in a seperate room off to the side of the double sink. There is also a door in the toilet area that leads directly to the lanai. There is also a wastecan for any bathroom trash.

The last but certainly not least part of the house is the lanai and private pool! Accessed by the sliding door and the door in the master bathroom, Trader Dan's lanai and pool is the most relaxed part of the home! The lanai has a patio set and some sun loungers near the pool. There is a gate for child safety, as well as having a pool alarm that is wired into the home. There are instructions for how to operate the pool alarm.
