Delightful home in Duck Landing with private beach access and a short walk to Duck Village shops and restaurants. 345 yards to beach access.

Bedroom (with Queen). Recreation room TV, DVD player, Foosball, full refrigerator with ice maker, sink, 1 Queen futon, full bath (with door to bedroom and second door to hallway). Picnic table, grill, and fish cleaning table on covered back patio.
Level 2:
4 bedrooms each with private bath (1 with King; 2 with Queen; 1 with Pyramid bunk and Trundle), laundry, hot tub on covered back deck. Huge covered front deck with swing, hammock, and seating for 12.
Level 3:
Bedroom (with King, private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower). Large living area with vaulted ceilings, 55" widescreen TV, DVD player, and surround sound (with extra speakers on hot tub deck), powder room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ice makers, pantry.
