The space
The terrace
This is the real reason people book this apartment. It runs the full width of the space, facing west over the Mediterranean and the Akamas Peninsula coastline. Dining table, chairs, and sunloungers are all set up out here. Mornings with coffee, evenings watching the sun drop into the sea. This terrace is where the stay happens.

Living & dining
Open-plan layout with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and dining area. Large sliding glass door opens directly onto the terrace so the inside and outside flow into each other. Smart TV available.

Kitchen
Fully equipped for home cooking: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Enough for a proper longer stay, not just a quick trip.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms, each with wardrobe and A/C on a wall-mounted remote. Ceiling fans for quieter nights.

The building
Sunset Apartments 1 — a quiet residential complex with a communal pool, lift to all floors, and one parking space in front of the building.

Guest access
You have the whole apartment to yourselves, including the terrace. The communal pool is shared with other residents in the building. One parking spot is included, right in front of the entrance.

Other things to note
Electricity is metered and billed after checkout based on actual usage. Keeping the A/C off when you're out makes a real difference to the final amount.

Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Maximum 4 guests. Smoking on the terrace only.
