Welcome to this large, characterful house located in the very center of Le Puy-en-Velay, just a few minutes' walk from the historic streets, the cathedral, and all the shops.
Behind its traditional facade, the house reveals a leafy, bright, and perfectly situated garden—a true haven for enjoying a coffee in the sun, letting the children play, or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Inside, the house has retained its original charm: a magnificent stone fireplace, comfortable armchairs, and carefully preserved antique furniture, along with lovely decorations, paintings, and objects that tell the story of the place.
Natural light generously floods the rooms, creating a soft and cozy atmosphere, perfect for sharing moments with family and friends.

The kitchen features traditional blue and white tiles, a warm atmosphere, a large family table, and all the necessary equipment for preparing your meals (coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, various appliances, etc.).
