Sleeping Arrangements:
• King bed in the private bedroom with soft, hotel-quality bedding
• Twin bunk bed in second bedroom—perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests
You’ll be perfectly located to experience the best of Utah. Explore the scenic beauty of American Fork Canyon, hike or bike along nearby trails, or spend the day boating at Utah Lake. Enjoy shopping and dining at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, just minutes away. We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
