Our apartment is located in a mixed-use residential and commercial building and is the only unit that offers open space and tranquility.
Everything you need is right in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (gas station, bakery, restaurant, grocery stores, doctors, pharmacy, flower shop, spa park, the Saale River, and the Saale Cycling Trail). Bad Dürrenberg is located in the greater Leipzig/Halle area and is well-connected by all forms of public transportation (train, bus, tram); it also has its own highway access (A9). By car, you can reach Leuna in about 5 minutes, Merseburg in about 10 minutes, Halle/Leipzig Airport in about 15 minutes, Leipzig in about 20 minutes, and Halle/Saale in about 20 minutes.



Guest and business apartment:

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building and has its own entrance. It also features a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with a home theater system, a leather sofa, and a satellite TV. The vacation apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180 x 200), a wardrobe, a mirror, and an armchair (a crib can be provided). Bedroom 2 features two single beds (90 x 200), a wardrobe, a mirror, and its own DVD corner with an armchair. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer.
Parking is available directly in front of the house and, by arrangement, in the courtyard.
Seating in the courtyard and a grill are available for use.
Wi-Fi is available and can be booked as an add-on.
